Ingredients:
5 or 6 large apples, cored and peeled at the top
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 maple or brown sugar
1/4 cup multi-grain flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup coconut
A handful of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine oats, and sugar in a bowl. Cut in the butter and stir until it is well mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients and using a small spoon fill the inside of all the apples.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Allow time to cool.
